Everything You Need to
Produce at Scale

One desktop app replaces your entire video production pipeline. Generate, automate, and publish — all from your machine.

✍️

AI Story Generation

Generate complete video scripts from a title and topic. Choose Claude, ChatGPT, or Grok as your AI engine. Get 5 story variations per batch.

🎬

Scene Prompt Engine

Automatically breaks your story into timed visual prompts synced to your voiceover duration. 5, 7, or 8-second intervals — you choose.

👤

Character References

Upload reference images for consistent characters across every scene. URL or local file — both work. Characters auto-attach to every prompt.

Flow Automation

Direct API integration with Google Flow. Automated image and video generation using Imagen 4, Nano Banana Pro, Veo 3.1 Fast and Quality.

📊

Multi-Story Queue

Queue multiple stories and walk away. Sequential processing with auto-chaining — Story 1 finishes, Story 2 starts automatically. Fully AFK.

🔑

Bring Your Own Keys

Use your own API keys for Claude, ChatGPT, or Grok. Use your own Google Flow credits. No hidden costs beyond the subscription.

Script to Screen
in 4 Steps

The entire pipeline runs on your desktop. No cloud rendering fees, no waiting for queues.

01

Write the Story

Enter a title and topic. Pick your AI provider. Generate 5 story variations and select the best one — or write your own. Set character descriptions and reference images.

02

Generate Scene Prompts

Upload your voiceover audio. VideoForge calculates the exact number of scene prompts based on duration and your chosen interval. Each prompt includes character names and visual direction.

03

Choose Your Model

Select between Nano Banana 2 (free), Nano Banana Pro, or Imagen 4 for images. For video, choose Veo 3.1 Fast or Veo 3.1 Quality. Set concurrency and retry options.

04

Hit Generate & Walk Away

VideoForge handles everything — creates Flow projects, uploads references, fires API calls, retries failures, and chains through your entire story queue. Check back when it's done.

Common Questions

A Windows PC, an API key from Claude/ChatGPT/Grok (for story generation), and a Google Flow account (for image/video generation). VideoForge runs on your desktop — no cloud servers needed.

No — you bring your own keys and credits. This keeps the subscription price low and gives you full control over your usage. A typical story costs less than $0.05 in AI tokens.

Yes. Cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. No questions asked.

There's no limit from VideoForge's side. The only limits are your AI API usage and Google Flow credits. With the multi-story queue, you can batch produce dozens of videos per day.

Currently Windows only. Mac and Linux support is on the roadmap. The app is built on Electron, so cross-platform is technically feasible — stay tuned for updates.

VideoForge has built-in retry logic. If a prompt fails, it automatically retries. The app only marks a prompt as failed if all retry attempts are exhausted — and it continues with the rest of the queue.
